Mt. JUMBO WESTSIDE LITTLE LEAGUE

Intermediate Division

Intermediate Division: League Age 13
Use the Little League Age Calculator to determine League Age. Select Little League Baseball as the Sport and enter Birth Year and Birth Month of the Player.

Depending on enrollment, Intermediate Players may be required to participate in a Try Out (mid/late March) and be drafted to a team.

Schedule:

Season starts mid April and ends in early June
Practice: The Practice Schedule is up to the Coach.
Games: Games are 2 times per week on weekdays (days will vary). Games start at 6:00 PM unless otherwise scheduled.
Missoula City Tournament: End of season tournament based on regular season seeding.
All Stars: Players are eligible to try out for All Stars at the end of the season.

MJWSLL Fields at Big Sky Park
Frenchtown Little League (Hamel Rd, Frenchtown , Montana)
North Bitterroot Little League (NBLL) Fields (Florence and/or Lolo, Montana)
Mt. Sentinel Little League (Missoula Playfair Park)

What to Expect:

Advanced baseball skills required.
Lead-offs, pick-offs, and steals allowed.
Players understand situations with minimal guidance.
Routine plays executed; pitchers throw harder with accuracy; batters can clear the fence.
7-inning games.
Field size: 50' mound, 70' base paths, 300' outfield.
Required: Mitt, cleats, baseball pants, athletic cup.
Optional: Batting gloves, slide shorts.
Bats must meet USA Baseball (USABat) or BBCOR standards.

Junior and/or Senior Division

Junior and/or Senior Division: League Ages 14-16
